As I'm sure you could guess my name is Karlene Proctor and I'm the face behind the lens. Originally from a small town in Pictou County, now residing in good ol' Halifax.

More often than not you'll find me at the gym or out running, playing with my two fur babies(or snapping pictures of them) or stuffing my face with carbs-aka PIZZA!
